Darren is a qualified horticulturist with over 15 years industry experience in design and landscaping. His local knowledge and expertise lead him to writing numerous newspaper and magazine articles in the horticultural media.

He is an active member of the industry and has extensive experience with food production plants. Darren has participated in many garden club presentations and talks and his passion for sustainable gardening practices has earned him award-winning gardens.
Christina is both a familiar face and voice to Western Australians, having presented on TV and Radio for the better part of two decades.

A graduate of WAAPA she began her broadcast career on 882 6PR as presenter of the station's hugely successful weekend lifestyle show, which included the ever popular Gardening shows with Neville Passmore and Trevor Cochrane of Garden Guru fame. Christina has been an integral part of the National Emergency Broadcast team within the ABC... providing life saving information and commentary in real time in the face of natural and man made disasters.

Christina is well regarded for her warm and clear presentation and has been awarded the Clear speech awards on several occasions throughout her career… She has also been patron of the a number of organisations including the WA Breast Cancer Foundation and the Perth Zoo.
Chris Ferreira has been a leading, high profile exponent of sustainable land management in WA for the last 25 years. He specialises in innovative education programs such as the award winning Great Gardens program that seek to inspire and empower people from all walks of life to lead more fulfilling and sustainable lives.

He specialises in landcare, sustainable small farm management, water, nutrient and energy efficient building and landscaping, revegetation and sustainable urban design.

Chris runs his own award winning company The Forever Project (incorporating Landcare Solutions) which specializes in environmental design, management, education and media. In 2013 he was awarded the position as Adjunct Lecturer in Sustainability at Murdoch University.
Calinda owns and runs the Woodvale Fish and Lily Farm and has benefited from her family's long experience, 20 odd years, in this field.
Calinda has a great deal of knowledge on all types of water gardening methods and aquaponics, water lilies, water plants and pond equipment.

Calinda has been writing feature articles on water gardening for the national Garden Guru magazine for eight years and hopes that she can provide inspiration for people to have a pond, fish or aquaponics and to do it naturally with no chemicals.
Faye is a passionate gardener, photographer and nature lover with an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture. She has played a varied role in the horticulture industry from running a small garden business, lecturing at TAFE, nursery retail and hosting open gardens to raise money for charity.

Faye has been recognized with awards including the 2007 ABC Gardener of the Year, Cockburn Council Sustainability Awards and State finalist in the Telstra Business Awards.
Trevor has worked in many areas of the horticultural industry over the last 20 years, including plant growing, garden retailing, marketing and as a garden adviser on TV and radio.

Trevor has written a number of books, including the Garden Gurus Guide to Waterwise Gardening, The Rose and Delish.
